24/7 Access - This gives you unlimited access to the gym and enables you to train whenever you want.
No Lock In Contracts - This means that you are not stuck in a contract to a gym that you never use. You pay as you go and if it no longer suits you then all you need to do is give 4 weeks notice in writing and hand back your access key and it's finalised. HOW EASY IS THAT?!
Pre Paid Options - This is the most popular and convenient form of membership as you get your membership at a discounted rate. This form of membership frees you up to focus on getting fit and not having to worry about making any payments. It also represents that you are committed to getting healthier and fitter as you have already made the financial commitment.
